• A $50 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The $50 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your service balance.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. The deposit may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
• No-shows will lose their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to book another appointment.

• Please come with your hair clean, detangled, and ready to braid, unless a wash/detangling service has been requested.
• Hair is not included in the service price unless otherwise stated.

• Please bring the correct hair type and quantity needed for your desired style, or ask us in advance if you would like us to provide the hair.
• Please communicate any changes to your desired style, size, or length before your appointment.

• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Please avoid bringing extra guests unless previously approved.
